緒言

　先天性陰茎部尿道皮膚瘻は極めて稀な疾患で，われわれの調べ得た限りではその報告は現在まで10例に過ぎない。今回われわれはその1例を経験したので報告する。

A 2 year-old boy was first seen for a urethral fistula. The fistula was located at the middle portion of the ventral surface of the penis. The prepuse was normal and there was no chordee. A modified Denis Browne urethroplasty resulted in recurrence of fistula postoperatively. Two subsequent closures were unsuccessful. Final healing was obtained after an island patch urethroplasty performed at the age of 9 years. Congenital fistula of the penile urethra are extremely rare and only 10 such cases have been reported.
