副睾丸平滑筋腫の3例

THREE CASES OF LEIOMYOMA OF THE EPIDIDYMIS

緒言

　副睾丸腫瘍は比較的まれな疾患である。われわれは，1963年より1977年末までの15年間に3例の副睾丸原発の平滑筋腫を経験したので報告する。

We have experienced three cases of leiomyoma of the epididymis in the past 15 years from 1963 to 1977. In each case, the chief complaint was the painless intrascrotal mass, and the tumor was located at the tail of the left epididymis, which was extirpated successfully. In Japan, 147 cases of primary tumor of the epididymis, including our three cases, were collected from literature; 107 (72. 5) were benign and 40 (27.5) were malignant. Incidence, age distribution and clinical problems of epididymal leiomyoma were discussed.
