緒言
原発性膀胱平滑筋肉腫は稀であるが，最近われわれは本症の1例を経験したので報告する。
A 78 year-old female was admitted complaining of gross hematuria and pain on urination. Cystoscopy disclosed a thumb-tip sized, solid mass covered with normal mucosa, located at the anterior wall. She underwent partial cystectomy combined with pre- and post-operative radiation. Pathological diagnosis was leiomyosarcoma. Elerctron microscopic examination was helpful in the diagnosis of leiomyosarcoma.
