尿管瘤に開口した精管開口異常の1例

A CASE OF ECTOPIC VAS DEFERENS OPENING INTO AN URETEROCELE

緒言

　精管開口異常は極めて稀な奇形で，同時に他の泌尿生殖器系，消化器系，心循環器系あるいは整形外科系器官の奇形を合併することが多い。今回，著者らは両側精管が合流した精管末梢部の嚢胞が右尿管瘤に異所開口した本症の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

An unique case of rt. ectopic vas opening into an ureterocele, ipsilateral renal aplasia, ipsilateral blind ending ureter and a cyst probably arising from the seminal vesicle or the ampulla ductus deferens into which bilateral vas deferens opened together was reported. This 58-year-old male underwent resec-tion of the ureterocele and the cyst.

To date 29 cases have been reported, comprising a total of 36 ectopic was insertions, all of which, except for this case, have neither an ureterocele nor a seminal vesicle cyst. The embryological develop-ment of this abnormality was discussed.
