緒言
膀胱の平滑筋腫は日本で約60例の報告があるが，最近われわれは子宮筋腫を合併した膀胱平滑筋腫の1例を経験したので報告する。
A 49-year old woman was admitted with the complaints of left abdominal pain, pain of urination and urinary frequency of 8 month's duration. The patient had undergone enucleation of a hen's egg sized uterine myoma 3 months prior to admission. Pelvic examination disclosed a small hen's egg sized, elastic firm, movable mass located anterior left to the uteine cervix. Cystoscopy revealed the mass covered with normal mucosa and protruding hemi-spherically at the posterior wall. Ultrasonography gave an equivocal result.
