内分泌学的非活性両側副腎皮質癌の1例

A CASE OF NON-FUNCTIONING BILATERAL ADRENOCORTICAL CARCINOMA

緒言

　内分泌学的非活性副腎皮質癌は稀な疾患であるが，中でも両側性のものは極めて稀で，本邦では9例報告されているのみである^1〜4）。今回われわれは本邦第10例目と思われる内分泌学的非活性副腎皮質癌の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 57-year-old male was referred to us with a 1-month history of appetite loss, fatigue and left frank pain. An excretory urograms showed a left descending kidney with normal pyelograms. Aortograms and selective renal arteriograms appeared to be normal. Computed tomography revealed bilateral adrenal masses and swellings of paraaortic lymph nodes. There were no endocrinological abnormalities except for slightly decreased urine 17-KS and 17-OHCS and elevated blood ACTH.
