緒言
膀胱原発印環細胞癌は稀な疾患で，1982年10月までに本邦例2例，外国例12例の計14例の報告をみるのみである。
今回，われわれは本症の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 55-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with dysuria and macrohematuria of one monthduration. Cystoscopic examination demonstrated non-papillary tumor at the right postero-lateral wall of the bladder. Physical and routine laboratory examination were unremarkable. A total cystectomy and bilateral ureterocutaneostomy were performed on September 21, 1981. Pathologic examination of the specimen revealed signet ring cell carcinoma. Follow-up of twenty-one months since the time of surgery has not shown any clinical and laboratory evidence of recurrence of the tumor.
