膀胱印環細胞癌の1例

SIGNET RING CELL CARCINOMA OF THE URINARY BLADDER: A CASE REPORT

　尿失禁を主訴として受診した膀胱原発印環細胞癌の1例を報告した。症例は56歳，女性で，20年以上前に臍尿瘻との診断で3回骨盤内手術の既往がある。萎縮膀胱と診断し，膀胱全摘，回腸導管施行したが，病理診断は印環細胞癌であつた。膀胱原発印環細胞癌はわれわれの知る限り既に32例の報告があり，その予後は極めて不良であつた。

A case of signet ring cell carcinoma originating in the bladder in which the patient complained chiefly of urinary incontinence is reported. A 56-year-old female had a past history of three pelvic opera-tions with a diagnosis of umbilical urinary fistula more than 20 years ago. She visited us because of severe urinary incontinence persisting for three months. An X-ray examination and CT scanning esta-blished the diagnosis of an atrophic bladder. A total cystectomy was performed and an ileal conduit was formed.
