66歳，女性．1988年12月血尿の主訴にて来院．膀胱腫瘍の診断のもとにTUR施行．病理診断は膀胱印環細胞癌であった．1990年8月排尿時痛出現．膀胱鏡にて再発を認めたため，膀胱全摘，回腸導管造設術を施行した．本症例は，本邦第34例目と思われる．
A 66-year-old woman complaining of macrohematurea, was treated with TUR-BT. Pathological find-ings showed signet cell ring adenocarcinoma of urinary bladder. About 2 years later, recurrence was disclosed by cystoscopy. Total cystectomy with ileal conduit was performed. In Japan, 34 cases of signet cell ring adenocarcinoma have been reported in the literature. Symptoms, radiological findings, treatment and etiology are discussed.
