60歳，男性．排尿時痛，尿道部不快感を主訴に来院．膀胱鏡にて膀胱右側壁から後壁にかけて非乳頭状広基性腫瘍を認めた．生検で印環細胞癌の診断を得て転移性腫瘍を疑い，検査するも他臓器に異常を認めず，骨盤内臓全摘術，両側尿管皮膚瘻造設術を施行した．病理学的診断では膀胱原発の印環細胞癌であった．
A 60-year-old male was admitted with the complaint of micturition pain and urethral discomfort. A transurethral biopsy showed signet ring cell carcinoma. We revealed no adenocarcinoma in any other organs, confirming the diagnosis of primary signet ring cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder. Total pelvic exentera-tion with bilateral cutaneous ureterostomy and colostomy were performed. We discussed the prognosis and treatment of primary signet ring cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder.
