膀胱原発印環細胞癌の1例

PRIMARY SIGNET-RING CELL CARCINOMA OF THE BLADDER: A CASE REPORT

　55歳の男性が頻尿を主訴として来院した。膀胱鏡にて膀胱後壁に非乳頭状広基性腫瘍を認め，生検にて膀胱印環細胞癌の診断を得た。転移性腫瘍を疑い精査を行つたが異常を認めなかつたため，膀胱全摘術，回腸導管造設術を行つた。膀胱後壁に腫瘍の主体が存在し，病理学的にdysplasticな粘膜上皮から印環細胞癌へと移行する像を認めたため膀胱原発の印環細胞癌と診断した。同様な症例は本邦では9例検索しえた。

A 55-year-old man presenting with urinary frequency had a non-papillary sessile tumor on the bladder base. Biopsy of the tumor showed a signet -ring cell carcinoma. There was no evidence indica-ting bladder metastasis from other organs. Total cystectomy and ileal conduit formation was perfor-med. Pathological examination of the bladder showed an area where dysplastic transitional cells were transformed into signet-ring cell carcinoma. There have been only 9 such cases reported in Japan.
