膀胱エンドメトリオーシスの1例

A CASE OF BLADDER ENDOMETRIOSIS

緒言

　エンドメトリオーシス（子宮内膜症）は子宮内膜腺組織が異所性に発育増殖し，月経周期に伴つて子宮内膜と同様の変化を示すことによつて種々の症状を呈する疾患であるが，尿路系のエンドメトリオーシスは比較的稀である。

　最近，われわれは膀胱エンドメトリオーシスの1症例を経験したので報告する。

A 34 year-old married woman who had two children complained of bladder irritability during men-stration. At cystoscopy a walnut sized mass with a broad base was noticed at the right posterior wall of the bladder, which was dark blue at the surface. IVP revealed right hydronephrosis and hydroureter. Pelvic arteriography showed pooling sign in the mass. The findings lead to the diagnosis of bladder endometriosis. Partial cystectomy including the mass and right ureterocystoneostomy were performed. Histological findings were endometriosis. Postoperative course was uneventful.
