緒言
良性卵巣腫瘍患者における自覚症状は多岐にわたるが，尿閉のみを主訴とした稀有な卵巣嚢腫例を経験したので報告する。
This 32-year-old woman was admitted to Hakodate Chuo hospital complaining of urinary retention.
Gynecologic examination revealed that urinary retention occurred due to bladderneck obstruction because of right giant ovarian cyst, which was subsequently removed. Postoperative course was uneventful without urinary disturbance.
