73歳，男性．15年前に，右陰嚢腫大に気付いたが放置．しかし徐々に増大してきたため当院受診．大きさは小児頭大．右睾丸腫瘍の疑いで，右高位除睾術を施行．病理組織的に，睾丸鞘膜より発生した線維腫であった．
A 75-year-old man visited our hospital complaining a painless giant mass of the right scrotal content of 15 years' duration. Right testicular tumor was suspected and the right high orchiectomy was performed. Histological examination revealed the fibroma of the tunica vaginalis testis.
