  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

The patient was 63-year-old man who complained of abdominal pain and haematuria despite of symptomatic treatment. He had a history of peritoneal tuberculosis, epididymal tuberculosis and renal tuberculosis. A plain film of the abdomen showed multiple calcification of mesenteric lymphnode. On cystoscopy there was bullous oedema at the right side of the bladder wall and a hard sizable mass was palpable in the right side of the pelvis just above the prostate. He was treated with a partial cystectomy. A non-specific inflammatory granuloma of the bladder wall accompanied by chronic lymphadenitis with calcification was found incidentally.
