睾丸鞘膜に発生した線維性偽腫瘍の1例

FIBROUS PSEUDOTUMOR ARISING FROM THE TUNICA VAGINALIS TESTIS: A CASE REPORT

　陰嚢内に腫瘤を触知した場合，その解剖学的位置にもよるが，まず悪性疾患か否かを考慮するのは当然と考えられる。陰嚢内腫瘍のほとんどが睾丸悪性腫瘍であるが，稀とはいえ，良性疾患のこともあり，患者の予後と睾丸摘除の適応を考えると，両者の鑑別は重要である。最近睾丸腫瘍を疑い，睾丸摘除を行つたところ，睾丸鞘膜より発生した線維性偽腫瘍であつた1例を経験したので報告する。

A 49-year-old farmer was referred to our clinic on Feb. 23, 1982 with complaints of a right intras-crotal mass and ipsilateral inguinal swelling. The former was palpated as a considerably rugged and firm tumor and the latter was diagnosed as an inguinal hernia.

All of the laboratory findings, including urinary gonadotropin and serum AFP, were within normal range. Right orchiectomy was performed. Macroscopic findings of the removed specimen revealed multiple, firm and spherical nodules firmly attached to the tunica vaginalis testis.
