睾丸固有鞘膜より発生した多発性嚢胞

A CASE OF MULTIPLE CYSTES ARISING FROM TUNICA VAGINALIS TESTIS

　51歳，男性．左陰嚢内腫瘤を主訴として来院した．左睾丸直上部に可動性のある小指頭大から小豆大の嚢胞を思わしめる腫瘤を数個，連珠状に触知し，超音波検査にて左睾丸頭部に嚢胞病変を認めた．左陰嚢内腫瘤摘除術を施行，固有鞘膜を切開すると12個の嚢胞は精索および副睾丸頭部に付着しており，病理組織学的には扁平な細胞で裏打ちされた多房性の嚢胞であった．自験例を含めた本邦症例8例について考察を加えた．

A 51-year-old male was hospitalized with chief complaint of the tumor in the left scrotum in our hospital. The several serial movable pearl-shaped cystic tumors from little finger tip-size to adzuki bean size were palpable in the straight upper region of the left testis. Cystic lesion in the head region of the left testis was demonstrated by ultrasonography. Resection of the tumor was carried out, along the head regions of the spermatic cord and epididymis, and multilocular cysts which were substantiated by flat cell wera histopath-ologically noted. Eight cases in Japan including our case were studied.
