緒言

　膀胱腸瘻はそのほとんどが結腸膀胱瘻で占められており，調べえた限りではクローン病による回腸膀胱瘻は本邦では3例の報告がみられるのみである。われわれは最近20歳男性にみられた膀胱に穿孔したクローン病の1例を経験したので報告する。

A twenty-one-year-old man was seen on March 24, 1980 with a five-month history of lower abdo-minal pain and diarrhea. He had had burning pain on urination for about one month. Urinalysis revealed numerous leukocytes, and E. coli was identified by urine culture. Barium enema showed vesicointestinal fistula arising from terminal ileum. He was referred to our department. Cystoscopy revealed a papil-lary tumor about 2cm in diameter in the upward of the trigone. Surgical specimen obtained by transurethral resection showed papillary transitional cell growth of the bladder, but no malignancy was found.
