胃癌の睾丸固有鞘膜転移の1例

A CASE OF METASTASIS OF GASTRIC CANCER TO TESTICULAR TUNICA VAGINALIS

　79歳，男性。貧血の精査目的で，1983年10月3日町田市民病院内科を一度受診したが，その後来院せず。約1年後の1984年11月30日，食欲不振を主訴に再度受診，精査の結果胃癌と診断された。同じ頃，左陰嚢内の有痛性，小豆大，石様硬の腫瘤を4個認め，1985年1月16日当科にて左固有鞘膜腫瘤を生検した結果，病理診断は胃癌部病巣同様の腺癌であつた。したがつて本症例は胃癌原発の睾丸固有鞘膜転移と考えられた。

A 79-year-old man with chief complaint of painful tumor in the left scrotum visited the department of internal medicine of our hospital for close examination of anemia on October 3, 1983 but he failed to reappear until November 30, 1984. With chief complaint of anorexia he was admitted again for the purpose of close examination. Biochemical tests on admission revealed no abnormality other than anemia.
