ヌードマウスに移植可能であつたウイルムス腫瘍症例

A CASE OF WILMS' TUMOR TRANSPLANTABLE TO NUDE MICE

はじめに

　本邦でのウイルムス腫瘍のヌードマウス移植成功例の報告は少ない。われわれは，1980年11月現在，ヌードマウス継代6代に成功したウイルムス腫瘍を経験したので，臨床経過とともに，ヌードマウス移植前後の組織像，腫瘍増殖曲線を中心とした増殖状態などにつき報告する。

A-7-year-old boy was admitted with symptom of right upper abdominal mass. He received radical nephrectomy for Wilms' tumor. The tumor tissue obtained aseptically at the time of operation was minced and transplanted to the nude mice. Subcutaneous grafts of tumor were serially transplanted in the same manner.

Though sixth passage in nude mice, this tumor strain could not be used because its growth curve was not satisfactory to observe the effect of anticancer agents.
