はじめに
陰茎，副睾丸の転移性腫瘍はまれであるが，われわれは胃癌から陰茎および両側副睾丸への転移例を経験したので報告する。
A 60-year-old man developed two hard subcutaneous nodules at dorsal and ventral surface of the penile shaft and bilateral scrotal swelling, four years after subtotal resection of thestomach which revealed mucocellular gastric carcinoma histologically. The biopsy specimen of penile nodules and bilateral epididymes, removed surgically, proved to be metastatic adenocarcinoma with PAS positive signet-ring cells. Several small arteries in epididymal specimens, found to be filled with tumor cells microscopically, suggested the possible transarterial spead as route of metastases.
