高カルシウム血症と類白血病反応を併発した膀胱癌再発例

HYPERCALCEMIC CRISIS AND LEDKEMOID REACTION ASSOCIATED WITH RECCURENCE OF THE URINARY BLADDER CARCINOMA

　悪性腫瘍患者に高カルシウム（以下Ca）血症が併発することは古くから知られており^1〜3），膀胱癌患者に併発した高Ca血症も報告されている^4〜9）。最近われわれは膀胱全摘術後の骨盤腔内再発に伴つて，高Ca血症クリーゼと類白血病反応を呈した1症例を経験したので報告する。

A 75 years old woman recieved total cystectomy with ileal conduit for spindle and giant cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder on December 20 1979. Her serum calcium level and white blood counts were within normal range during pre-and post-operative hospital period.

On May 6 1970, she was readmitted with complaints of general bone pain, anorexia and disturbance of consciousness. Her serum calcium concentration was 16.8mg/dl and white blood counts was 77,800.
