はじめに
膀胱平滑筋腫は稀な疾患である。本邦では1979年の高瀬ら2）の集計によると組織学的に平滑筋腫と記載のある症例は39例であり，その後の報告を加えても44例にすぎない。今回われわれは石灰化を伴つた膀胱平滑筋腫を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A case of leiomyoma of the bladder in a female, aged 41, with the chief complaint of right lateral abdominal pain was reported. Plain X-ray film study revealed a hen's egg sized tumor with calcifica-tion at the right lateral wall near the bladder neck. Partial cystectomy was carried out and the tumor was 3.5×3.5×5.0cm in size, weighted 50gm and showed pathological finding of leiomyoma with calci-fication.
Leiomyoma of the bladder was reviewed in regard to clinicopathological findings of 45 cases, including our case, reported in our country.
