緒言
前立腺癌が男性性器に転移することは非常に稀であるといわれている。今回われわれは前立腺癌が副睾丸に転移した2例を経験したので報告する。
Case 1: A 69 year-old man was admitted in August 29, 1983, with dysuria and lumbago. Under the diagnosis of prostatic cancer, bilateral orchiectomy and TURP were performed. Pathological diagnosis was metastatic carcinoma to the left epididymal head from primary moderately differentiated adenocar-cinoma of the prostatic gland.
Case 2: A 70 year-old man was admitted in October 4, 1983, complaining dysuria and left testicular enlargement. Rectal examination showed prostatic induration. A small hen's egg sized tumor was palpable in the left scrotal contents.
