Cavernoglandular Shunt法による持続陰茎勃起症の治療

MANAGEMENT OF PRIAPISM BY CAVERNOGLANDULAR SHUNT

緒言

　持続陰茎勃起症に対するいくつかの外科的治療法のうち，陰茎海綿体・尿道海綿体吻合術と，陰茎海綿体・伏在静脈吻合術の2つが，最も普通に行なわれてきた。近年，Winterらによつて，Cavernoglandular Shunt法が紹介され，その有用性が検討されているが，今回われわれは，痛みを伴う持続勃起を繰り返す患者に対し，この方法を試み，良好な結果を得たので報告する。

Cavernoglandular shunt is a new simple operation for priapism. A fourty-five year-old man was admitted to our clinic with a chief complaint of repeated painful erection not associated with sexual activity or desire. This patient had detumescence achieved using local anesthesia by creation of fistula between the glans penis and each corpora cavernosa bodies to establish drainage of trapped blood from the corpora cavernosa. There have been no problems with return of normal erections and sexual activity postoperatively.
