副睾丸アデノマトイド腫瘍の2例

REPORT OF TWO CASES OF ADENOMATOID TUMORS IN THE EPIDIDYMIS

緒言

　アデノマトイド腫瘍は男女性器系に発生する比較的稀な良性腫瘍であるが，原発性副睾丸腫瘍としては頻度が高い。今回われわれは2例の副睾丸アデノマトイド腫瘍を経験したので，本邦報告例を集計し若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

Two cases of adenomatoid tumor in the epididymis were presentend with chief complaints of intrascrotal mass and pain; right epididymectomy was performed in a 51-year-old male, and tumor resection was performed in a 54-year-old male. Subsequently histological diagnosis was confirmed.

From the Japanese literature, 90 cases of adenomatoid tumor including our 2 cases were collected and reviewed. The tumor was located on the epididymis in 81 cases, aged 39.1±13.2 (SD) years (left 50, right 25, ?6), and on the testicular tunica in 9 cases, aged 28.3±14.2(SD) years (left 5, right 4).
