小児にみられた外傷性腹膜内膀胱破裂の1例

A CASE OF TRAUMATIC INTRAPERITONEAL RUPTURE OF THE URINARY BLADDER IN INFANT

緒言

　今回われわれは，2歳幼児に見られた外傷性腹膜内膀胱破裂症例に対し，比較的遅い時期に治療を行なつたにもかかわらず，幸い良好な経過をたどつた経験を得たので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A girl aged 2 years old was holded under the organ at her kindergarten. She was admitted with complaints of lower abdominal pain, recurrent vomitting, and appetite-loss.

Pre-operative diagnosis of intraperitoneal bladder repture was established by the findings of IVP and Air Cystogram. She was taken to operating room about seventy-two hours after the accident.

At laparotomy, was discovered about 2 cm-sized-round laceration in the dome of the bladder.
