組織型にみる泌尿生殖器悪性腫瘍の転移—（Ⅱ）膀胱腫瘍，尿管腫瘍，尿道腫瘍，陰茎腫瘍の剖検例での検討

HISTOPATHOLOGIC STUDIES ON METASTASIS OF THE MALIGNANT UROGENITAL NEOPLASMS:(II) A REVIEW OF AUTOPSY RESULTS OF PATIENTS WITH TUMORS OF THE URINARY BLADDER, THE URETER, THE URETHRA AND THE PENIS

緒言

　膀胱腫瘍の転移についての研究は，欧米でもわが国においても剖検例を中心にいくつかの報告がみられ，泌尿器科領域において検討の対象として，興味深いものであることを示している。われわれも自験例を中心に追究する機会をもつたので，過去5年間の全国集計例（日本病理剖検輯報による報告）と対比させ，組織型による差が存在するかどうかを中心に述べてみたい。なお少数例ではあるが尿管腫瘍についても同様な検索をおこなつたので，あわせて報告し，さらには尿道腫瘍，陰茎腫瘍についても，全国集計例についての報告をおこなう。また，第I報として腎腫瘍および腎盂腫瘍についてはすでに発表ずみである^1）。

1) Statistic studies were performed in 18 and 215 cases of the bladder tumor, 3 and 23 cases of tumor of the ureter, 0 and 9 cases of tumor of the urethra and 0 and 26 cases of tumor of the penis. experienced at our Department and from the documented cases in Japan respectively.

2) The histopathologic examinations of bladder carcinoma revealed that the frequency of metastasis to the adrenal gland was higher in transitional cell carcinoma than squamous cell carcinoma of the blad-der, while the frequency of metastasis to the pancreas was higher in undifferentiated carcinoma of the bladder.
