睾丸垂捻転症の3例

THREE CASES OF TORSION OF THE APPENDIX TESTIS

緒言

　睾丸附属小体は睾丸垂，副睾丸垂，睾丸傍体，迷管の総称である。その捻転症の報告例は意外と少なく，本邦文献上では睾丸垂22例，副睾丸垂17例，睾丸傍体1例で合計40例を数えるのみである。本症と同じく陰嚢部に疼痛を来す疾患として睾丸回転症，急性副睾丸炎，睾丸梗塞，尿管結石の放散痛などがあるが，睾丸附属小体捻転症とそれらとの鑑別は時として困難なことがある。

　今回われわれは，睾丸垂捻転症の3例を経験したので報告すると共に，本邦報告例につき若干の文献的考察を加えた。

The age of patients ranged from 9 to 23. In each case, chief complaint was sudden pain of the testis, which disappeared by surgical removal of the appendix testis. Histopathologic findings showed inflammation, edema and hemorrhagic necrosis.

40 cases of torsion of testicular appendages were collected from Japanese literature; Of the torsed appendages, 22 were appendix testis, 17 appendix epididymis and 1 paradidymis.

The total of 43 cases of torsion of testicular appendages, with our 3 cases were discussed.
