緒言
陰嚢内のmalignant fibrous histiocytoma （略してMFH）は極めて稀と思われる。われわれは精索より発生したと思われる1例を経験したので報告し，あわせて若干の文献的考察を加える。
The patient was a 78-year old male who complained of swelling of the scrotal content. Left inguinal orchiectomy was done for suspected testicular tumor. The removed tumor sized 4×3.5×4cm, weighted 100g and the cut surface showed gray-whitish tumor.
The histological diagnosis was malignant fibrous histiocytoma and one year and a half after the operation, the patient is still in good health without any sign of recurrence of metastasis.
