副睾丸垂捻転症の2例

TORSION OF APPENDIX EPIDIDYMIDIS:A REPORT OF TWO CASES

　睾丸附属小体捻転症は少なくないといわれているにもかかわらず，本邦報告は大熊ら^1）の集計以降大室ら^2），加藤ら^3），内藤ら^4），竹前ら^5），会田ら^6）および自験例の8例を加えてもいまだ31例にすぎない。そこで観血的に確診した副睾丸垂捻転症2例を報告するとともに，睾丸附属小体捻転症について文献的考察を行なつた。

Two cases of torsion of the appendix epididymidis seen in 12 year-old males were reported. They complained of pain at the right lower abdomen and the right scrotum. On initial examination, the one was found painful swelling of the right testis and epididymis, but a nodule was not palpated. The other was found a painful nodule of a rice-corn size at the globus major of the right epididymis, and through the overlying scrotal skin a bluish discoloration was observed. At surgery were found two appendices attached to the superior pole of epididymis, and a appendix twisted 180 degrees clock-wise.
