先天性単腎にみられた嚢胞腎の1例

A CASE OF POLYCYSTIC KIDNEY SEEN IN PATIENT WITH RENAL AGENESIS

緒言

　先天性単腎における嚢胞腎は極めて稀であり，今回本症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 33 year-old female visited our clinic with the chief complaint of right abdominal mass. She had a history of bifid uterus. The mass was the enlarged right kidney which had multiple cysts de-monstrated by DIP, angiography and renoscintigram. Cystic formation was not seen in the liver. The left kidney was absent. Excision and decompression of the cyst and renopexy was performed. To our know-ledge, a case of polycystic kidney in renal agenesis associated with bifid uterus was not reported in Japan.
