腎外傷により発見された先天性水腎症を合併した馬蹄腎の1例

A CASE OF HOURSE-SHOE KIDNEY WITH CONGENITAL HYDRONEPHROSIS REVEALED BY RENAL INJURY

緒言

　馬蹄腎，先天性水腎症，腎外傷は，各々はさほど稀な疾患ではないが，これら三者の合併となると少ない。最近われわれは，これら三者の合併した1例を経験したので，この三者の関係を若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 13-year-old boy was admitted to a near hospital on Oct. 10, 1980, complaining of gross hematuria and right flank pain occurred after he clashed against the goal keeper in the soccer game. On 3 weeks later after conservative treatment, urinalysis revealed no hematuria, but right abdominal mass was still palpable and excretory urogrm showed right non-visualizing kidney, so he was referred to our hospital.

Intravenous urogram, right retrograde pyelogram and renal arteriogram were compatible with horse-shoe kidney with right congenital hydronephrosis.
