膀胱癌に対するTUR （TUC），部分切除術後の膀胱全摘除術の治療成績

IN FLUENCE OF PARTIAL CYSTECTOMY AND TUR (TUC) ON THE PROGNOSIS OF BLADDER CANCER

緒言

　膀胱癌は他の固型癌に比べて比較的良性で，腫瘍の性状によつては経尿道的手術，膀胱部分切除術などによつても腫瘍の管理が可能であるという報告が多い。当院においては他の医療施設でTURや膀胱部分切除術を受け，その後に再発し来院するsecondary caseが多い。今回，当院において根治的膀胱全摘除術を施行した症例についてpri-mary cascとsecondary caseにわけ，予後などについて検討したので報告する。

The records of 90 patients with urinary bladder cancer who underwent radical cystectomy with pelvic lymph nodes dissection were reviewed by dividing patients into primary and secondary group. Fifty seven patients were primary cases who had no history of previous treatment for bladder cancer. Thirty three patients were secondary cases who underwent partial cystectomy, TUR (TUC) or both of them previously.

Comparing the primary with secondary cases, following results were obtained. 1) Five year survival rate was superior in the primary cases at every stage of tumors.
