A 46-year-old man presented with a 15-year history of right flank and left anterior chest pain. He had no urinary tract problems, but IVP, which was taken because of hypertension, suggested a right suprahilar mass. Laboratory findings were within normal range. Renal scitigraphic finding was not contributory, but right selective renal angiography revealed a suprahilar parenchymal bulge and a small unsuspected tumor. On operation, a 1.4 by 1.0 by 0.7cm. tumor was found medial to the upper calyx, which was confirmed histologicaly as renal cell carcinoma.
