The majority of renal tumor is renal cell carcinoma and many cases has been reported but are carely complicated with stone and only 23 cases are reported in Japan.

A case of renal cell carcinoma in giant hydronephrosis secondary to a stone at the ureteropelvic junction was reported. The case is a 66 year old male with the chief complaint of right flank mass and pain with gross hematuria. who visited the internal clinic and was referred to our clinic for suspected renal tumor. Various examinationa fter admission on March 22, 1975, showed that urinalysis being hematopyuria but cytology was negative.
