尿管自然破裂の2例

Spontaneous Rupture of the Ureter:Two Case Reports

　〔症例1〕は58歳，男性。左側腹部痛を主訴に当院救急外来を受診した。腹部CTおよびIVPにて造影剤の尿路外への溢流を認め，尿管自然破裂と考えられた。安静にて保存的に経過観察し，4日後のCT,IVPでは尿の溢流は消失していた。〔症例2〕は39歳，男性。突然の左腰背部痛にて当院救急外来を受診した。IVPにて造影剤の尿路外への溢流を認め，尿管自然破裂と考えられた。同様に保存的に経過観察し，4日後のIVPでは尿の溢流は消失していた。

Two cases of spontaneous rupture of the ureter which were treated conservatively were reported. IVP at the fourth hospital day showed no abnormal findings. Spontaneous rupture of ureter is very rare and clinical studies were performed on 42 cases of spontaneous rupture of the ureter reported in Japan.
