緒言
尿管自然破裂は，きわめて稀な現象であり，日常経験することはほとんどない。最近，われわれは，原因不明の尿管自然破裂の症例を経験したので報告する。
A 35-year-old man was admitted to another hospital, complaining of left flank pain. DIP showed the extravasation of contrast medium from the left upper ureter. He was introduced to our hospital and RP performed about 30 hours after the onset disclosed no extravasation. He was treated conservatively and DIP at the third hospital day showed no abnormal findings. Spontaneous rupture of the ureter is very rare and only 16 cases have been reported in Japan.
