腎外傷を契機に発見されたWilms腫瘍の1例

A CASE OF WILMS' TUMOR DISCOVERED AFTER RENAL TRAUMA

緒言

　一般に，水腎症，馬蹄腎，腫瘍などの病的腎は，正常腎に比べ比較的軽微な外力で損傷を生じやすいと言われている。最近われわれは腎外傷を契機に発見したWilms腫瘍の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 7-year old boy fell off a chair and the right side of his abdomen was slightly struck against his mother's shoulder on September 4, 1977. He complained of pain, and the swelling on the right side of the abdomen was observed but hematuria was not seen. On the following day, he was admitted to his community hospital and underwent an emergency operation under the tentative diagnosis of the right renal injury and an intra abdominal hemorrhage. There was no hemorrhage in the abdomen, therefore, a drain was left in the retroperitoneal hemorrhagic portion.
