膀胱周囲膿瘍の1例

A CASE OF PERIVESICAL ABSCESS CAUSED BY APPENDECTOMY FIVE YEARS AGO

　膀胱は周囲に消化管，内性器を有することから，二次性に膀胱周囲へ感染を来すことがある。しかし，最近は化学療法剤の進歩や公衆衛生の進歩から，膀胱周囲への感染は稀なものとなつている。

　今回われわれは虫垂切除術から5年の経過の後に発見された膀胱周囲膿瘍を経験したので報告する。

A 30-year-old house wife was seen with lower abdominal pain on miction and right lower abdominal mass. The mass was connected with the operation scar of appendectomy performed 5 years ago.

Cystoscopy revealed a protrusion at the dome covered by hyperemic mucosa. All the mass was removed together with the adjoing part of the bladder.

The patient recovered uneventfully, histological finding of the removed specimen was compatible with non-specific granuloma.
