先天性前部尿道弁の1例

A CASE OF CONGENITAL ANTERIOR URETHRAL VALVE

緒言

　先天性前部尿道弁は前部尿道壁から弁状粘膜が突出し尿路の通過障害をきたす疾患である。従来本邦では比較的多い疾患とみなされていたが実際の報告例は決して多くない。そのため今日でも診断とくに尿道憩室や狭窄との鑑別に問題が多い。腎機能に悪影響を及ぼすこともあるので下部尿路通過障害の原因究明には常に本症も念頭におくべきである．最近われわれは典型的な前部尿道弁の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 6-year-old male was admitted with chief complaint of difficulty of urination. Voiding cystoure-throgram demostrated an abrupt narrowing of the stream in the middle portion of anterior urethra and a liniar filling defect which was compatible with urethral valve at the proximal portion of the stricture. Retrograde urethrogram showed no narrowing, but showed the same valve as was seen on voiding cystourethrogram. Under general anesthesia the urethra was exposed and the valve was excised. Diver-ticulum or stricture were not found. Postoperative course was uneventful without dysuria.
