睾丸転移をきたしたneuroblastomaの1剖検例

AN AUTOPSY CASE OF TESTICULAR METASTASIS FROM NEUROBLASTOMA

はじめに

　睾丸に腫瘍性病変のおこることは稀ではないが，それが転移による場合は極めて稀で，内外の文献上に100余例がみられるにすぎない。殊に小児の場合には腫瘍そのものが極めて稀であるので，そのうちの転移によるものとなると数例しか報告されていない。

　本稿では，9ヵ月男児のneuroblastomaで著明な両側睾丸腫瘤をきたした1剖検例を，若干の考察を加えて報告する。

Although the primary malignant tumors of the testis occur not infrequently, those are rare in infants. The other hand, the secondary tumors of the testis have been reported rarely. In the world literatures, one-hundred-five cases of metastatic tumors to testis have been reported, except the malignant lymphoma, leukemia and sarcomas. Only three cases of secondary testicle tumors in which one case of neuroblastoma in 5-months-old male infant was included have been reported in Japan.
