睾丸細網肉腫の1例

A CASE OF RETICULLUM CELL SARCOMA OF THE TESTIS

Ⅰ．緒言

　睾丸腫瘍は，本邦での統計上では泌尿器科患者総数のうち0.1％を占めている。しかし細網肉腫が睾丸に発生したか，あるいは睾丸への転移と考えられる例は，本邦では現在までに十数例を数えるにすぎない。

　当教室において3例目に相当する睾丸細網肉腫症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of testicular reticulosarcoma, which is the 3rd case from our clinic and the 17th case in the Japanese literature, was reported.

Patient is a 53 year old male, with the chief complaint of lumbago and swelling of the left testicle. The left testicle was hen-egg size with no tenderness, at his first visit, and various examination revealed no anemia nor others except signs of compressions of bilateral ureter.
