Parapelvic Cystの1例

PARAPELVIC CYST : A CASE REPORT

緒言

　Parapelvic cystは腎洞部に存在し，腎盂，腎杯と密接な関係を有している。この嚢胞は比較的稀な疾患で，全腎嚢胞の約0.5％と言われている^1）。またその大きさが小さいものが多く，痛みや，血尿などの自覚症状を欠く例が多いので，臨床例の報告が稀である。したがつて早期に，また他の疾患との鑑別診断が重要でかつ興味のあるところである。本症は，その成因について種々の説があるために，本疾患名に対する同義語が多く，Parapelviccyst, peripelvic cyst, peripelvic lymphatic cyst，pyelolymphatic cyst, parapyelitic cyst, etc．の名称で呼ばれている。われわれは，本疾患の1例を経験したのでここに報告し，併せて内外の文献的考察を行なつた。

A case of parapelvic cyst in a 51 year old male with the chief complaint of headache, dull right flank pain and uncomfortable feeling at the end of urination, was referred to our clinic, since deformity of the right kidney pelvis was discovered by I.V.P. which was done for occasional albuminuria, although there were no abnormal findings in the sediment.

Blood chemistry, E.K.G., blood pressure, cystoscopic examination including indigocarmin test were within normal limits. Urinalysis revealed 5% protein and urine culture showed positive Klebsiella.
