緒言
われわれは2歳9ヵ月男児の2700gに及ぶ巨大なWilms腫瘍を経験したので報告するとともに若干の文献的考察を行なう。
This case is a 2-year and 9 month-old boy with the chief complaint of distended abdomen but nothing particular in the family and past history. The abdomen was markedly distended with irregular surface and cartilage-like hard mass crossing the midline was palpated at his first visit. Chest x-ray findings showed no signs of metastatic lesion and the diagnosis of Wilms' tumor was established by barium enema, I.V.P., and aortogram. Transthoratic nephrectomy was performed on June 24, 1970.
