睾丸回転症の2例

TWO CASES OF TORSION OF THE TESTIS

緒言

　睾丸回転症とは，睾丸の急激な血行障害により壊死をきたす疾患であり，主として精索の捻転によるものが多いが，それ以外にも睾丸副睾丸移行部などにも捻転をおこすことがある。われわれは最近本症の2例を経験したので報告するとともに，本邦報告例について統計的観察をこころみた^1〜4）。

Two cases of torsion of testis was reported.

Case 1 is a 14 year-old boy with the chief complaint of painful swelling of left scrotal content with nausea and vomiting. Painful attack occurecl during sleep without any definite cause. Surgery was per-formed 8 hours after onset. Operative findings revealed dilatation of the space of tunica vaginalis, lacking Hunter's ligament, the testis was purple-blue colored and showed 360 degree inner rotation. Blood cir-culation did not recover after releasing the torsion and orchidectomy was performed. Histopathological findings were bleeding of interstitial space and congestion of veins.
