良性腎腫瘍について

BENIGN RENAL TUMOR

緒言

　成書に明らかなように，成人に発生する腎腫瘍と言えば，まず腎癌"Grawitz腫瘍"が挙げられなければならない。良性腫瘍は，上皮性，非上皮性を問わず，極めてまれなものであり，特発性腎出血症例において，試験手術時に偶然小腫瘍を見出すがごとき事態が多いとされている。著者らは，最近4例の良性腫瘍症例を経験したので，ここに報告するとともに本邦集計について卑見を述べてみたい。

4 cases of benign renal tumor were reported.

Case 1 was a 28 year-old, house wife with the chief complaint of nausea and vomiting for one and a half year duration, and with infant head sized tumor, palpated at the right abdomen. Renal function was normal. Angiomyolipoma at the lower pole of right kidney was removed by surgery. The tumor including kidney weighed 820g and sized 20×12×18cm.
