近年，北関東にあつても自動車の普及，工業団地の進出などにともない泌尿器外傷が急激に増加し，群馬大学医学部付属病院ならびにその関連病院をふくめ，著者らはここ10年間に腎外傷42例を経験している。本稿においては，まず代表的な2,3の症例について臨床経過を記載し，ついで全42例の臨床集計について述べることにしたい。
Clinical feature and treatment of renal injury during our 10 year experience with 42 patients (38 males and 4 females) were presented. A variety of causes included traffic accidents (23 patients), labor accidents (10 patients), sports accidents (8 patients) and others (6 patients). The most frequent associated injury was fracture of rib (8out of 15 patients).
Renal wounds were classified as contusions (24 patients), mild ruptures (8 patients), moderate ruptures (3 patient), severe ruptures (5 patients) and lacerations (2 patients).
