乳幼児に見られた結石性膿腎症の1例

A CASE OF CALCULOUS PYONEPHROSIS APPEARED IN CHILDHOOD

Ⅰ．緒言

　一般に，小児の尿路結石症が比較的少ない疾患であることは日常の臨床でよく知られている。したがつて，小児の場合，尿路結石の存在に気ずかず，診断が遅れたりすることもかなりあるのではないかと思われる。最近，発病以来約2ヵ月半のあいだ，夏季熱との診断で治療を受けていた患者が，発熱および膿尿を主訴としてわれわれの外来を訪れ，検査の結果，腎盂結石を認め，治癒せしめたので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Clinically, it is quite well known that urinary calculi in children are rather rare. Case of a ten months old baby boy who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of fever and pyuria was diagnosed as renal calculi and recovered, was reported.

Most of the babies with urinary calculi has the chief complaint of fever, hematuria and pyuria and are treated for such as common cold and nephritis for a long time in the medical or pediatric clinic. This was one of those cases and had been treated for summer fever for approximately 2 months.

The youngest case in the domestic literature was a 11 months old case reporteed by Osada.
