腸チフス菌性膿腎症の1例

TYPHOID PYONEPHROSIS ASSOCIATED WITH RENAL CALCULI : Report of a Case

Ⅰ．はじめに

　近年，腸チフスの発生は漸次減少してきているが，現在の化学療法によつても永続排菌者を無菌化することはかなり困難なことであるといわれる。特に腸チフスに罹患した覚えのない永続排菌者は看視の目がとどかず，防疫上しばしば問題とされるところである。

　著者は腎結石を伴つた膿腎症が腸チフス菌によるものであつた症例を経験したので報告し，本邦文献から腸チフスの泌尿性器合併症について調査した。

Case is a 49 years old farmer without any past history of febrile disease resembling typhoid fever. In the middle of March 1966, patient was admitted to a hospital with the chief complaint of right flank pain and pyuria and surgery was performed with the suspition of right ureteral stone.

On May 10, 1966 patient was referred to the Urological Department of Niigata University Hospital and was admitted for the still continuing pyuria. The diagnosis of right kidney stone with infected hydronephrosis was made after examination and right nephrectomy was performed.
